- DSARC Finances: $400 and change. Dues are due.

Club organization
- 501(c)3. Mike, the attorney, will start drafting the paperwork. A total of about $800 will be needed. Donations are encouraged!

Jan 23-27, 2019 Dog Sled Races, Joseph, Oregon.

Jan 26, 27, 2019 Winter Field Day. Setup at Robinson Park. Mike will contact Andy and make sure it’s OK and that the road and pads are clear of snow/ice. Food. Grilled cheese for lunch. Burgers/dogs for dinners.
Trailers out Friday evening. Finish setup Saturday morning. Tear down Sunday afternoon. -
Jan 26, 2019 BSA Klondike Event.** DSARC/AuxComm has been invited to participate at Moose Creek. Not sure what our participation will be at this time. CANCELED, tentatively.

Table Top Exercise on how we get deployed.

ICS 100, 200, 700, 800: What’s in it for me? Why do we need to take those courses when we don’t seem to use them?
Upcoming/potential projects and exercises.

We need to do some nighttime testing with HF. We also need to find a way to establish a VHF/UHF link to Spokane and other surrounding areas.

Event idea: do a non-repeater exercise to determine who can talk to who on what equipment.

Volunteer Opportunity
- Red Cross is looking for duty officers to help dispatch when there is an emergency—typically, a house fire. Commitment is for 9 shifts per month, 6 hours per shift. There will be an informational meeting on Feb. 7. Contact Autumn for more information, [email protected].
